WARNING! suspicious emails from callme addresses
Callme does not send unsolicited email, especially not email with viral attachments, and villainous instructions such as the following message that is currently (Feb-Mar 2004) being sent to Callme users, and appearing to come
from Callme:
From: administration@callme.com or net
To: johnkerry@whitehouse.gov
Subject: Important notify about your e-mail account.
Hello user of Callme.com or net e-mail server, Your e-mail account will be disabled because of improper using in next three days, if you are still wishing to use it, please, resign your account information.
Pay attention on attached file.
For security reasons attached file is password protected.
The password is "40601".

Please delete these messages without opening the attachment.
Additionally, there are a lot of viruses and worms out there now which send huge volumes of virus-laden messages, with the "from" address spoofed, sometimes appearing to come from callme addresses - please delete these without
opening the attachment, and if you are running Microsoft software, be sure to keep your virus-protection-systems current.
